The Vet Clinic is located just a short walk from the convenience store .

Parking
There is limited on-street parking. Payment is by card at one of the ticket machines or via phone, text or app.

Emergencies

24-hour emergency service is provided on-site by our 24Hour Vetcare team.

During normal working hours (9am-8pm)
If possible phone the surgery on 04 8395-3143 to inform the surgery of your arrival.
Otherwise, come straight down to the surgery – there is normally a veterinary surgeon on site or nearby.

Outside normal working hours (between 8pm -9am)
Our emergencies are covered by our 24Hour Vetcare team.
If possible call them in advance on 04 8395-314 so they can prepare for your arrival.

We are open 24 hours, but non-emergency consultations are by appointment only and are available:

Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 20:00
Saturday: 09:00-11:00
Sunday: Emergencies only
